About Me
Registered Psychologist
Hi, I’m Jessica …
Hi, I’m Jessica…
I am a Registered Psychologist who works with both individuals and couples. I hold a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge. Before becoming a psychologist, I spent 10 years working in the oil and gas industry.
My decision to transition into psychology was shaped by both personal and professional experiences. While I valued my work in the corporate sector, I found myself seeking a career that was more aligned with my values and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. As someone who has always been naturally compassionate and curious about human behaviour, psychology felt like a natural fit.
Perhaps the most significant influence on this career change was my own therapeutic journey. Through therapy, I experienced firsthand the power of self-awareness, personal growth, and healing. The insight and knowledge I gained inspired a passion for cultivating compassion for myself and others, which ultimately led me to pursue a career dedicated to supporting others in their own journeys toward greater well-being and authenticity.

Fun Facts
Although I may not look like it, my family immigrated to Canada from Southern Italy. I have first-hand experience in learning how to balance traditional family and cultural pressures with differing values that feel more authentic to me.
Having danced for most of my upbringing, I have a huge love for music and movement. You’ll definitely see me busting some moves in my car and throwing at-home dance parties with my two daughters.
Perhaps it’s the Italian in me, but I value connection with others over food. I love trying new cuisines and feel grateful to live in a city that offers so many diverse cuisines.
I remember spending hours drawing city skylines and extravagant floors plans on drafting tables in school.
